What payment methods does Fast Wolf Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. Unfortunately, checks, money orders, and AMEX/VISA/MC/DISCOVER gift cards are not accepted.
The address I typed is correct, but the website is not accepting it?
Does the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If you still encounter a problem after you’ve verified that the address matches, please call our Customer Service at (800) 257-2532 for further assistance.
The promotion code isn't working?
Verify that you entered the promotion code number exactly as shown, without spaces. Additionally, verify the date you are using the promotion code falls into the applicable date range. Once these are confirmed, if the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service at (800) 257-2532.
Is Fast Wolf Bottle available outside of the US?
At this time, Fast Wolf Oxygen is only available for purchase in the US.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our bottle. We put years of sweat labor and love into crafting our bottle built to perform. If you are not satisfied with your bottle purchase, we welcome you to return the bottle within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
Canned oxygen refills are also refundable or exchanged for a different flavor.

My order was never delivered
My address is correct
If your order has not arrived 12 working days after it was shipped please reach out to our Customer Experience team here and we will begin an investigation with the courier service. Once a response is received from the courier service, undelivered orders will be fully replaced or a gift card will be issued of equal value of your original order.
My address is incorrect
Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address will not be replaced or refunded. If the order is returned to the sender then we will reach out when it has been received and then will reship it out.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We ship out all orders same business day Monday through Friday. Same day cut off time is 1pm MST. If you place your order after cut off time, the weekend, or on a holiday it will be shipped out next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping time is 4-5 business days. Please always refer to your tracking link which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the UPS website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
Can I ship to international addresses?
Unfortunately, no. Fast Wolf Oxygen does not currently ship to international destinations.
How is shipping cost determined?
Orders of $100+ will receive Free UPS Ground shipping. Otherwise, your shipping cost will be $9.99

All orders ship out of our shop in Denver, Colorado
RETURNS
What is the return policy?
We would be happy to accept returns that are in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to Info@FastWolfOxygen.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
Fast Wolf Oxygen will not be responsible for shipping fees to return your product.
What is the exchange policy?
We would be happy to exchange your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to Info@FastWolfOxygen.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the exchange process.
CLEANING
Can I put my Fast Wolf Bottle in the dishwasher?
Fast Wolf’s Bottle’s lid, and main bottle are dishwasher safe! To ensure longevity, we recommend separately placing these pieces on the top rack only and using low heat or air dry setting. You may also remove them after a dishwashing cycle to place them out for air drying.
However, we do not recommend running the bottom compartment through the dishwasher. This piece should be hand washed only with warm soapy water.
Do not wash the canned oxygen refill.
Drying your Bottle
Open the drinking cap after washing and place the lid and bottle out to air dry separately.
WARRANTY
Do you have a warranty policy?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all purchases. This policy covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by, but not limited to, incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, and abrasion will not be covered by this our warranty. All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.
If approved and the exact product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be offered. Eligible warranty products will be replaced for free.
